Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our castor oil pack wrap, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, and photos are required for all claims involving damage, defects, or missing items. Please email us with your order number and include photos clearly showing the issue.
